Recapping our 2-day tournament in Seattle
The event was a blast. Everyone got to enjoy the company of great friends, endless food and drink, and lots of lively after-hours games of Anagrams and Anomia and So Clover. Oh - and I suppose at some point, some Scrabble was played.

Today, we are soliciting candidates for one Executive Director and up to seven members for the Board of Directors. In 2022, the new Board will have the chance to take the CoCo in exciting new directions.

This weekend, Jennifer and I will head to Charlottesville, Virginia, to host a 2-day Scrabble tournament. It will be the third live CoCo tournament to take place in the post-COVID vaccination era, and the fourth event overall. I'm super excited for it - on a couple of different levels.

Nine other Scrabblers tried vainly to dethrone the tiler known only as drbing, but in the end, even his nemesis David "CoolWhip®" Whitley could not defeat him more than once. drbing took home $420 for his 10-2 +1560 efforts.
