Divisions: This tournament features two Collins divisions, an Open division and a Lite division. The rating cutoff for the Lite division is 1600.
Additional Details: WESPA rated, 5-point challenge. CSW 2021 word list will be used. Modified Swiss, Round Robin and King of the Hill. Gibsonizing will be used if warranted.
Entry Fee: $145. Entrants who are fully registered by Nov. 30 are eligible for a prize drawing (refund of entry fee). An additional $5 non-refundable processing fee will be charged for each player choosing to submit their entry fee by any form of non-electronic payment. Cash payment of entry fees will not be accepted.
Capacity: 180 players across all divisions.
Hotel Rooms: You can book a hotel room at the discounted group rate. The group discount is available to book until Dec. 14, but don’t wait! We expect the room block to fill to capacity. The discounted hotel rate is also available 3 days before and after the tourney. Room rate includes hot breakfast, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. hot food and two alcoholic beverages, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. No commuter fee for players opting to stay at alternate locations.
Registration Deadline: Jan. 15. No walk-ins.
Refund Policy: Refunds of entry fees are available anytime prior to the start of the event.

Players are seeded by CoCo rating. WESPA ratings appear in italics and are used to seed players who do not yet have a CoCo rating. Players with no CoCo or WESPA rating have a temporary rating of 0. Asterisks denote tentative/unpaid players.
This tournament will be rated by the CoCo and WGPO. WESPA will also rate this tournament. The final prize amounts will depend on the number of players.

The Lite Division is open to players with a rating under 1600.
